Disability Partnerships, in collaboration with Adventist Healthcare and Cruse Control Fitness, is launching a free, innovative new exercise class, the Health and Fitness for All program, for persons with disabilities in Montgomery County. The class is sponsored by a grant from Adventist Healthcare and will feature a certified personal trainer with experience training persons with physical disabilities. Participants will engage in low- to moderate-intensity workouts targeting muscular strength, flexibility, and range of motion.  The class will run for six weeks beginning March 19, 2020. It is being offered three times a week in Rockville and Takoma Park.  Each of the three sessions will be an hour beginning at 6pm on weekdays and 1pm on weekends. A transportation stipend will be provided via the grant.  A detailed schedule is available here.
