After graduating with a degree in Global Studies and Business Management from Brigham Young University, Ethan worked at Qualtrics as a product specialist and customer success consultant. He moved from Utah to Maryland when he started at GEICO in 2020 as a strategy analyst. Outside of work improving GEICO’s customer experience, Ethan loves spending time with his family and being involved in disability-focused initiatives. At Qualtrics, he helped start an employee resource group to support people with disabilities, and is currently one of the location chairs for a similar group at GEICO.
