Bryan Morris is a senior Human Resources executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience leading people strategy, compliance, and organizational development across diverse industries. He currently serves as Managing Director and Chief HR Officer of Morris & Associates, LLC, a Human Capital Firm, where his work centers on building inclusive workplaces, developing leadership capability, and aligning talent strategy with mission-driven outcomes with global organizations.



As a Board member, Bryan brings deep expertise in HR compliance and policy, training and workforce development, executive coaching, recruitment, and DE&I—capabilities that directly support the sustainable community development of individuals with disabilities. His background enables him to help organizations strengthen governance, expand inclusive employment pathways, improve staff and volunteer training, and design systems that ensure equitable access, dignity, and long-term impact for the disabled community.



A U.S. Army veteran, current school board member, and long-standing advocate for personal and professional development, Bryan is deeply committed to service. His passion for developing people—particularly those facing systemic barriers—drives his board service and aligns closely with advancing opportunity, inclusion, and economic participation for individuals with disabilities and their families.
