Monica Tejwani is a pharmaceutical industry leader with over 20 years of experience in business development. She currently works at Daiichi Sankyo, where she manages a portfolio of global oncology collaboration agreements.

Monica holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Rutgers University, has contributed to five FDA approvals and holds multiple patents. She also holds certifications in Business Development from the Wharton School of Business and Harvard Business School. She is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) CNJ chapter.

Beyond her professional work, Monica is deeply committed to advancing equity and inclusion for people with disabilities.
