Dr. Kimberly V. Bracey
Dr. Kimberly V. Bracey, PhD, EdD, MJur is a higher education leader, researcher, and advocate committed to advancing equitable access and support for students with disabilities, including individuals on the autism spectrum, students with medical complexities, and historically underserved populations. She brings more than a decade of experience across K–12 and higher education, with leadership roles spanning student success, federal TRIO programs, compliance, and institutional strategy.
Dr. Bracey holds a PhD in Public Policy and Public Administration and a Doctor of Education in Higher and Adult Education Leadership, along with graduate degrees and training in law, public policy and public administration. Her research examines inclusion strategies for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the experiences of families navigating chronic illness, and policy-driven approaches to educational equity. As a board member of Disability Partnerships, Dr. Bracey leverages her expertise in research, advocacy, and systems-level change to strengthen pathways for students and families navigating disability-related barriers.
