Your Voice Matters.

We're building a mental health program made for people with disabilities — and it starts with you.

Mental health support is hard enough to find. For people with disabilities, it's often too expensive, too far away, or built by people who don't understand our lives. We're changing that — and we won't design it without you in the room. Tell us what real support would look like. Your answers shape the program.

Survey is closed. If you were able to complete it, thank you for participating. Winners of the incentive will be announced in September.

Why we're asking

People with disabilities experience depression and anxiety at far higher rates than the general population — yet mental health care remains out of reach for millions of us, financially, physically, and culturally. We're not guessing at what you need. We're asking. This survey goes straight into the design of a new, dedicated mental health program built by and for our community.

You know what support should feel like. This is your chance to say it.

What to expect

  • Quick. It takes about 7–10 minutes.

  • Private. Your responses are confidential.

  • Worth it. Finish the survey and you're entered into a drawing — four chances to win ($25, $50, $75, or $100).

  • Yours. Every answer helps build something real for people like you.

We want to hear from you.

Take five minutes. Speak up. Help us build the mental health program our community deserves.
